where she was born and raised in a creatively rich environment - with a classically-trained artist for a father and a mother deeply engaged in all manner of handicrafts, she developed an early connection to art-making. After ten years as a makeup artist and a subsequent career in design, she began painting professionally in 2020.

Her work centers on flora and fauna, with a special affection for portraying the individuality of beloved pets. She works primarily in watercolor and gouache, layering the two to create soft, expressive compositions.
